How quickly can you get someone to me?

For emergencies, we aim to dispatch a tradesperson the same day. For scheduled work, we typically book appointments within 24–72 hours depending on the service.

How much does a handyman visit cost?

Pricing depends on the job, but we always provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins never a surprise invoice.

Is there an extra charge for weekend or evening work?

Yes, weekend and evening appointments may carry a small additional charge. We'll let you know the exact cost when you book.

Are your tradespeople qualified and insured?

Yes. Every tradesperson on our team is vetted, insured, and qualified for the work they carry out, including Gas Safe-registered engineers for plumbing and heating work.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Do you provide your own tools and materials?

Do I need to be home while the work is done?


For most jobs, yes  though for landlords and agents we can coordinate access directly with tenants if preferred.

What if the job takes longer than expected?


We'll always communicate with you if a job's scope changes, and any cost adjustments are agreed with you before extra work proceeds.

Do you do small jobs, or only bigger projects?
